Do I need to supply cleaning products?
We understand your preferences. Clients can provide cleaning products, or we can supply them. Our range includes environmentally friendly option.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full Public Liability Insurance cover for cleaning and insurance for declutting.
Do you clean white goods?
Yes, white goods can be part of your regular clean or a one-time service, all at the standard rate of £18 per hour.
What if something gets broken?
We treat your home with utmost respect. In the rare event of breakage, we will contact you immediately. We’ll repair or replace the item as needed, prioritising your satisfaction.

My house is a mess, will you judge me?
Absolutely not! I understand your situation and will never judge you, 100% client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
How do you know where to start?
The best place to start is the area that most upsets you. This is not always the case. I will work with you to find the best way.
How do I keep the clutter out of my life?
I hope you feel inspired and motivated to use the systems that I use. Sometimes this is not always the case, so I can do follow up appointments as a pay as you go payment.
